Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across client sites in the United States.

The role centers on leading officers, inspecting sites, and ensuring adherence to post orders while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in security operations, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security operations experience (or equivalent).
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
• Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
