Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client site(s). You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with management and client representatives to meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors not required; High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years related security experience.
• Experience in supervising Security Officers and coordinating with clients.
• Ability to train and coach staff and document performance and disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of security operations, post orders, patrols, inspections and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at one or more client posts; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll submission and personnel information.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts; prepare and submit reports.
• Interact with client representatives; ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Possess supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, scheduling, directing work, and performance appraisals.
