Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Supervisor of Security Officers to manage one or more client-site posts, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed. The role includes coaching staff, training, and assisting in payroll submissions while maintaining coverage and responding to client needs.

In addition to supervisory duties, you may perform security officer tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination as determined by the company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client posts.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed; file required reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions.
• Train Security Officers and review assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing, coaching, rewarding, and addressing issues as needed.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as required.
