Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Site Lead Security Officer in Lincoln, NE. The role involves leading Security Officers, observing incidents, and reporting to ensure safety of client sites and personnel.

The employee will preserve order, enforce site regulations, and guide the team on shifts to maintain high security standards. The position emphasizes leadership, customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on vigilance and professional conduct

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts.
• Observe and report activities and incidents to ensure security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site between personnel, visitors, and premises.
