Job summary

Signal of Lincoln in Lincoln, NE seeks a Supervisor to lead dedicated site operations. You will manage a team of officers, own site performance, and act as the face of the client. You’ll set schedules, ensure standards, and drive results on multiple sites.

You may also operate on post when needed to stay connected with the work. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with officers, clients, and ownership.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays as operations require.
• Smartphone capable of using company reporting and communication applications.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work of the officers assigned to your sites, including post assignments, patrol routes, and priorities.
• Build, publish, and adjust schedules for your sites, including coverage for absences, callouts, and open posts.
• Manage overtime through effective scheduling and deployment of flex team members.
• Conduct weekly SCRUM sessions with each of your officers, document action items with clear ownership, and drive them to closure.
• Evaluate officer performance against company standards and complete 90-day and annual performance reviews.
• Coach your team, and issue documented disciplinary action when standards are not met.
• Interview candidates for your sites and make hiring recommendations to ownership.
• Recommend officers for advancement, pay adjustment, reassignment, and separation.
