Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years related security experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail preferred.
• Possess state/county licenses if applicable (as required).
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and posts; ensure post orders followed.
• Coach, discipline, and document performance; meet with employees as needed.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assist in payroll submissions and maintaining coverage for all posts.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports; inspect posts and tasks with subordinates.
