Job summary

Ahtna Inc. is seeking a Site Lead to act as the primary security officer on site, coordinating front-line response and ensuring contract compliance across shifts in Mobile, AL.

You will manage subordinates, conduct briefings, inspect posts, and oversee reports and payroll data with strict attention to security standards. The role requires at least 1 year of armed security or similar experience, a high school diploma or GED, and valid licenses; Associates in Criminal Justice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Preferred: Associates degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Must hold State Guard Card and Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of all essential duties and responsibilities for Security Guard II.
• Provide guard briefings to incoming officers and inspect guard posts at shift start.
• Respond to incidents, direct guard activity, and ensure timely incident reporting.
• Monitor payroll data, training records, and event logs for contract compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, training, safety procedures, and staff mentoring.
• Maintain badges, weapons logs, and equipment inventories; ensure regulatory compliance.
