Responsibilities

• Keep supervisors informed of unusual events per post orders and protocols.
• Monitor alarms, radio traffic, and information sources; dispatch as needed.
• Report incidents including alarms, theft, or unauthorized entry.
• Screen and inspect vehicles and pedestrians entering or exiting the facility.
• Escort individuals or vehicles as directed and grant access per procedures.
• Maintain logs and administrative documents per contract.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when required and assist in investigations.
