Job summary

APSI in Mobile, Alabama seeks a Site Lead to serve as the primary front-line security officer coordinating responses, guard supervision, and administrative duties under contract requirements.

You will ensure post inspections, incident response, staffing coverage, and maintenance of accurate reports, payroll data, training records, and client communications while upholding government and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of armed security, military police or law enforcement experience with a qualifying option.
• State Armed Security Guard license is required.
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Must pass criminal background screen, drug test and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding and proficiency in essential duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description.
• Provide guard briefings to incoming officers on current activities.
• Visit and inspect guard posts within the first 2 hours of shift and document post visits.
• Respond to incidents and direct guard response activities as needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate reports including payroll data, training records and event logs.
