Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to join our Safety team in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on leading safety programs, inspections, and training across construction projects, with an emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of site-level safety management experience, OSHA certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of site-level safety management experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• OSHA 30-hour or OSHA 510 certification (within last 3 years) required or recent.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification a plus; STSC preferred but not required.
• Strong communicator with leadership presence and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety meetings and communicate policy updates.
• Perform site safety inspections and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and prevention planning.
• Ensure availability and use of safety equipment and PPE.
• Train site personnel on safety procedures and emergency response.
• Collaborate with regional safety coordinators and project teams.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation: inspections, incidents, training records.
• Monitor safety performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current on regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Support integration of safety into planning and execution; coordinate drills.
• Partner with subcontractors to uphold safety standards across projects.

Safety Opportunity: Site Safety Supervisor

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Safetyteam. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

We are currently looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to join our Safety team located at our office in St. Louis, MO. Our ideal candidate for a Site Safety Supervisor is someone who has 3-5 y ears of experience as a S ite S afety Supervisor or in a similar role. The candidate will have extensive experience in construction safety practices and effective communication with a diverse workforce. The Site Safety Supervisor will collaborate closely with regional and national teams, project members, and the company's Safety Director.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Site Safety Supervisor include:

• Ensuring proper availability and use of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
• Training site personnel on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard awareness.
• Collaborating with regional safety coordinators to address concerns and support safety initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate safety documentation, including inspections, incidents, and training records.
• Monitoring site safety performance data and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Staying current on safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Supporting integration of safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Coordinating site-level safety drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Partnering with subcontractors and external teams to uphold safety standards across projects.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Site Safety Supervisor in clude:

• 3–5 years of experience in a site-level safety management role (commercial or industrial).
• Field/Craft experience is a major plus.
• OSHA 30-hour or OSHA 510 certification (within the last 3 years).
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.
• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, safety platforms, data tracking tools).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage but not required.
• Clear and effective communicator with strong leadership presence.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with field workers and subcontractors.
