Job summary

SBM Management Services in New Albany, OH is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the program, supervise staff and temporary workers, inspect areas and equipment for sanitation and OSHA compliance. The role requires strong communication and timely reporting.

The position may involve some travel, on-call shifts, and weekends. A valid driver’s license is preferred and forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of database software; internet software; spreadsheet software and word processing software.
• Good written and verbal skills, customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline.
• Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee and customer issues to the manager.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, and metric data).
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities.
