Job summary

ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking a Site Safety Manager to oversee safety for construction and industrial service projects. You will implement safety standards, train personnel, and investigate incidents to drive safer worksites. Travel to project sites may be required.

The role requires extensive experience with OSHA regulations, safety management for large civil projects, and the ability to obtain security clearance for access to secured facilities, including military bases.

Qualifications

• Lead safety programs and sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and regulations.
• Develop policies, procedures, and programs for safety across projects.
• Provide training and audits to reduce incidents and near misses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies compliant with local, state, and federal regs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
• Coordinate with project teams to embed safety into plans and activities.
• Deliver safety training and orient new workers on PPE and practices.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, training, and safety communications.
• Perform job hazard analyses for tasks and sites.
• Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements.
