AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety programs on construction and industrial projects in Texas. You will implement and enforce safety standards, train personnel, and coordinate with project teams to integrate safety into every phase of work.

The role requires 5+ years in site safety, OSHA/EPA knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel to project sites and client meetings is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in safety programs and site safety management for large construction projects.
• Experience in vertical construction in Laredo then heavy civil horizontal work.
• Ability to obtain security clearance for secured facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs compliant with regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into plans.
• Provide safety training and orientation to employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, training, incidents, and communications.
• Lead job hazard analyses and monitor program effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry safety trends and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders on safety compliance.
