Job summary

ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) seeks a Site Safety Manager to oversee safety on construction and industrial projects across the United States. You will develop policies, conduct inspections, and drive training and incident investigations to protect workers and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role requires extensive experience in safety programs, ability to obtain security clearance, familiarity with OSHA standards, and strong communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of safety program experience.
• Strong familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety.
• Experience with heavy civil or industrial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into plans.
• Provide safety training and PPE compliance.
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
• Maintain records of inspections, training, incidents, and communications.
• Conduct job hazard analyses and assess risks.
• Monitor effectiveness of safety programs and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.
• Coordinate with agencies and clients to ensure compliance.
