Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager in Washington to lead safety initiatives on major projects and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on developing safety roadmaps, conducting incident investigations, and coordinating with field teams to foster an Incident and Injury Free Culture.

You will drive toolbox talks, participate in safety trainings, and monitor contractor safety performance to uphold CEI’s Safety First culture across project sites.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of construction safety experience, electrical safety experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to obtain BCSP CHST certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and report to project leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance with applicable standards.
