Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to support project teams in creating an Incident and Injury Free Culture.

The role includes developing a Project Safety Roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading investigations with support from Production leadership. The ideal candidate is OSHA 30-certified with construction safety experience and can lead weekly toolbox safety meetings while monitoring CEI/Subcontractor compliance across NFPA, NESC, and ANSI

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA certified (Trainer preferred).
• Willing to obtain CHST within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports for large projects.
