Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to support project teams by developing a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will lead incident investigations, generate weekly safety reports, and monitor subcontractor compliance while promoting an Incident and Injury Free Culture. OSHA 30 is required and CHST prep encouraged.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• CPR/FA certification; trainer preferred.
• Willing to obtain CHST certification within 12 months.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience, electrical safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and present to leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance with applicable standards.
