Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to drive a proactive safety program on complex electrical projects in Bickleton, WA. You will lead incident investigations, create project safety roadmaps, and ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and local regulations.

This role emphasizes on-site field leadership and collaborative safety training. The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, strong communication skills, and experience in construction safety.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• CPR/FA certification required; trainer preferred.
• Three to five years of construction safety experience, electrical safety preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or related field preferred; willingness to obtain CHST within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) by creating and maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and present to project leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements.
