Actalent is hiring a Site Safety Representative for Substation & Data Center Projects. This field role covers safety oversight for substation foundations, inside electrical work, and structures, including BESS, solar and data centers. Travel nationwide, manage safety programs, and ensure LOTO and NFPA 70/70E compliance.

The position is on-site, contract-based, with a truck stipend and per diem; travel is integral to project locations across the United States.

Formación

• Completion of OSHA 30-hour training required.
• Active professional safety certification(s) such as CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/IOSH/STS-C preferred.
• Experience leading safety programs on substation or critical power projects.
• Ability to travel nationwide to multiple sites.
• Strong recordkeeping and incident investigation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as full-time on-site safety representative for substation construction and upgrades.
• Provide safety oversight for foundations, inside electrical work and structures.
• Enforce project safety plans and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk mitigations on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve safety issues.
• Lead incident investigations and preventive action development.
• Mentor field personnel on safe work practices.
