Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions, LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support data center construction projects across the state. You will lead day-to-day field safety efforts, partner with crews, foremen, and project leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance on active job sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction with electrical focus, 4+ years in data center environments, and OSHA training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 10 years of construction experience with a focus on electrical construction.
• 4+ years in active data center environments.
• OSHA safety training completed.
• Strong knowledge of job-site safety practices in electrical utility environments.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day field safety activities at data center sites.
• Provide real-time safety guidance to crews and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements.
• Support incident response, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and project safety documentation.
• Collaborate with field leaders to promote a proactive safety culture.
