Blattner Energy, LLC is seeking a Manager I – Site Safety to lead safety initiatives across large-scale and complex construction projects. This role develops site-specific safety programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a strong safety culture among teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive construction safety experience.
• Ability to lead safety programs across large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and investigation processes.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR and willingness to relocate to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Safety Professionals across complex project sites.
• Develop and execute site-specific safety programs and communication plans.
• Direct application of HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis and regulatory methods.
• Coach safety teams, site leadership, and subcontractors on hazard identification.
• Oversee Emergency Response Plans, drills, and safety data analysis.
