Job summary

Blattner Energy, LLC is seeking a Manager I – Site Safety to lead safety initiatives across large-scale and complex construction projects. This role develops site-specific safety programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a strong safety culture among teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of progressive construction safety experience.
Ability to lead safety programs across large-scale or complex projects.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and investigation processes.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR and willingness to relocate to project sites.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Safety Professionals across complex project sites.
Develop and execute site-specific safety programs and communication plans.
Direct application of HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis and regulatory methods.
Coach safety teams, site leadership, and subcontractors on hazard identification.
Oversee Emergency Response Plans, drills, and safety data analysis.
