Job summary

Blattner is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Minnesota project to lead the on-site team, coordinate with field leadership, and ensure safety, quality, and financial targets are met. The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager and client on a daily basis and involves 100% travel with rotations.

Candidates should have a strong background in self-perform management across trades, excellent communication, and a progressive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of self-perform Site Management experience over multiple trades.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse groups (up to 500+ people).
• Progressive view on safety practices and program implementation.
• Able to pass MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the entire site team, including self-perform workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report project financials in collaboration with Superintendents, Coordinators, and the Project Manager.
• Act as liaison between the Project Manager, client, and the field.
• Work with Site Safety to ensure site-wide safety.
• Oversee Site Quality and train quality initiatives.
