Job summary

Blattner Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Site Safety Professional to lead and implement site-wide safety programs across active construction projects. You will serve as the primary on-site safety advisor, influencing leadership decisions and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong field presence, independence, and a passion for mentoring teams toward safer work practices. Approximately 75% field time with relocation to project sites and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience.
• Ability to work independently in the field and relocate to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site-level safety programs, audits, and incident management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coach field teams on hazard identification and prevention.
• Prepare safety reports and support program communications.
• Office-site collaboration with leadership to address safety challenges.
