Job summary

Blattner Company in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Site Safety Professional to lead site-wide safety programs across active construction projects. You will serve as the primary safety advisor on-site, influencing leadership decisions and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of construction safety experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
Ability to relocate to project site.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage site-level safety programs, including audits, incident management, and emergency response planning.
Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
Identify unsafe behavior patterns and implement corrective actions.
Conduct incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
Partner with leadership to address complex safety challenges and provide guidance.
Coach and mentor field teams on hazard identification and prevention.
