Job summary

PNC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join its technology organization. The role is based in multiple cities, including Denver, CO, with a Sunday-Thursday 7AM-330PM EST shift.

You will patch, remediate vulnerabilities, support Windows Server environments, troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents, monitor health, and develop automation using PowerShell. The position emphasizes incident response, disaster recovery, change management, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree; certifications often desired.
• No required certification(s)

Responsibilities

• Stabilize environments and drive engineering stability through analytics and metrics.
• Define dashboards and monitoring; implement SLAs and SLOs for applications and platforms.
• Lead in analyzing metrics to aid performance tuning and fault finding; troubleshoot incidents.
• Understand our stack to optimize deployment, configuration, monitoring, and capacity planning.
