The ideal candidate will contribute to monitoring, alerting, and tooling, advancing monitoring-as-code practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service reliability and resilience. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or site reliability.
• Strong troubleshooting and crisis response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FNBO's monitoring ecosystem, including dashboards and alerting.
• Implement monitoring frameworks and tooling for proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with application/platform teams to improve reliability and observability.
• Participate in post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions.
