Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a Critical Operations Integration Lead to oversee final delivery phases, ensuring handover packages are complete and ready for operations. You will conduct site readiness reviews and partner with Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to close gaps.

You will own readiness criteria, track defects with a taxonomy, and drive improvements to standards and processes. This role requires field presence across sites and translating observations into leadership-ready

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in critical infrastructure environments with both build/Cx and operations exposure.
• Hands-on familiarity with commissioning processes, turnover documentation, and BMS/EPMS from an operations perspective.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own formal readiness criteria and a risk-based go/no-go register for turnover.
• Conduct pre-turnover readiness checks, evaluating handover packages for completeness and alignment with standards.
• Perform site walks focused on maintainability, safety access, operator touchpoints, and as-left equipment state prior to handover.
• Witness critical equipment tests and verify submittals, one-lines, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation are organized and accessible.
• Ensure CMMS/EAM data is loaded and usable before turnover; confirm ownership of punchlists and deferred scope.
• Identify issues between teams during turnover to avoid passing operability burdens to operations.
• Publish portfolio KPIs tied to readiness quality escapes and drive improvements.
