Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking a Director of Operational Readiness & Site Programs to own end-to-end readiness across all manufacturing locations. Lead greenfield and brownfield starts, drives site readiness, and partners with CoEs to ensure safe, on-time startup and scalable operations.

The role requires extensive experience in facility readiness, commissioning, and ramp planning, with a focus on standardizing operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
• Direct facility readiness and production startup experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end operational readiness for all manufacturing and support locations.
• Lead greenfield facility startups from site selection through commissioning and first article production.
• Build and execute ramp plans to reach full rate production on schedule.
• Establish enterprise wide site standardization and infrastructure standards across locations.

Education

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
