• Leadership of deployment teams and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Deployment function across assigned sites, campuses, regions, or complex deployment programs, ensuring work is executed safely, predictably, and aligned with capacity and readiness commitments.
• Manage deployment managers, project coordinators, and senior contributors responsible for planning, readiness tracking, field coordination, risk management, and turnover execution.
• Own deployment execution plans, milestones, readiness gates, risk logs, and dashboards with leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, Network, Security, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, vendors, and site leadership to align schedules and remove blockers.
• Translate deployment requirements into field-ready schedules, action plans, acceptance criteria, and handoff requirements.
• Drive resolution of blockers related to access, safety, space readiness, power/cooling readiness, materials, tooling, documentation, change windows, and site constraints.
• Govern readiness reviews, deployment meetings, issue-resolution sessions, handoff reviews, lessons learned, and leadership reporting rhythms.
• Ensure turnover readiness by validating commissioning evidence, prerequisites, inventory readiness, trained support, documentation completeness, and activation.
• Serve as escalation point for risks impacting safety, schedule, capacity, commitments, security, or day-one supportability.
• Maintain executive-ready summaries communicating schedule health, risk exposure, blockers, and recovery actions.
• Identify recurring deployment process gaps and improve playbooks, templates, dashboards, and governance routines.
• Build a high-accountability team culture focused on safety, clear communication, operational excellence, and partnership with site operations.
