Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to support data centers across a STACK region. You will design and implement portfolio-wide programs to elevate operational readiness, training, and asset management, defining the STACK Playbook for maintenance, safety, and risk mitigation.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and data center fluency are essential. You will lead training and certification, drive standardized procedures, and scale programs regionally while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data center operations or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Experience writing, reviewing, or auditing SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Ability to lead and manage portfolio-wide operational programs.
• Experience delivering field-facing training and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of operational programs related to training and certification.
• Oversee site readiness, emergency drills, maintenance standards, and CMMS health.
• Monitor availability, uptime, event response, and change management standards.
• Develop and audit MOP templates and processes for routine and emergency work.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Engineering, and IT to scale programs portfolio-wide.
