Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE seeks a Critical Operations Integration Lead to bridge construction, commissioning and operations. You’ll own turnover readiness, perform site walks, and verify handover packages meet STACK standards before operations begin.

You will drive process improvements, lead cross-functional reviews, and ensure CMMS/BMS data is complete and accessible. This role demands strong analytics and operations-minded collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in critical infrastructure environments, with build/Cx and operations exposure.
• Hands-on with commissioning processes, turnover docs, and operator use of BMS/EPMS.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and GC execution under schedule pressure.
• Experience speaking credibly with site teams and bridging construction and ops.
• Ability to document findings clearly and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own readiness criteria and a risk-based turnover register.
• Perform site walks focusing on maintainability and operator touchpoints.
• Witness tests for critical equipment and alarms; ensure handover docs are complete.
• Verify submittals and manuals are organized and accessible before turnover.
• Publish KPIs tied to readiness quality and collaborate with construction and commissioning.
