Bilfinger North America seeks a Site Quality Technician in Iowa City to support quality assurance on active projects. You will report to the Site Leader and Quality Director, planning, coordinating, and inspecting activities to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role requires a CWI or ASNT VT Level II, willingness to work in office, plant, or jobsite settings, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Must be certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ASNT VT Level II.
• Experience in quality and inspection on industrial projects.
• Knowledge of ASME BPVC, AWS D1.X, NBIC, API codes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Bilfinger Quality Manual and related programs.
• Monitor all quality activities on the project.
• Coordinate quality improvements with the Site Leader and Quality Director.
• Coordinate NDE vendor activities.
• Complete site quality control instructions and remedial actions.
• Ensure contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors.
• Ensure site safety compliance at all times.
• Maintain current status of technical quality documents.
• Prepare test packages for clients.
• Provide inspection for in-place products and issues.
