Black & Veatch is seeking a Mechanical/Piping CWI QC Inspector for on-site work to enforce project quality plans within civil/structural scopes. You will act as the interface among project sites, procurement inspections, corporate offices, and clients to ensure quality is built in from the start.

You may supervise site QC staff and coordinate punchlist walkdowns, testing, and documentation for final handover to the Owner, while maintaining safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Construction QC experience with degree or 5+ years without.
• Certification in discipline (AWS, CWI, ISM) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with welding inspection and piping QC is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains site quality program.
• Coordinates with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and field to ensure work is done correctly.
• Assures on-site work meets codes and specifications.
• Reviews and controls turnover packages prior to handoff to Startup.
• Supervises and mentors site QC staff and coordinates punchlist activities.
