Job summary

Indeed Flex in New Jersey is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for a fixed-term contract through mid-January 2027. The role is on-site at a client facility in NJ 08085 and requires you to oversee daily operations, coordinate recruiting with the hub, and work with an onsite or regional manager.

You will build strong relationships, manage timekeeping, and deliver reports on bookings and KPIs. You will ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, billing, and safety programs while driving

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service or technical support.
• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision and clear priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
• Provide and analyze reports on bookings and activities to improve processes.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for Flexers for assignments.
• Oversee daily timekeeping and reconcile time for payroll/invoice accuracy.
• Support safety, compliance, and account governance with customers.
