Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate site projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety standards. You will liaise with customers, internal teams, and leadership to align scope, schedule, and resources.

The role requires travel within the region and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related leadership experience in field service

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 Year / Bachelors Degree from two year college or technical school or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities including scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer projects.
• Review project requirements with internal departments and address questions.
• Monitor timelines and milestones; elevate risks.
• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to verify quality and compliance.
• Prepare status updates and post-project documentation.
• Support issue resolution by coordinating resources across teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and customer/site expectations.
