Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Special Events Project Planner to oversee planning and coordination for event jobs across the region, including fence, sanitation, and temporary power lines.

You will meet with clients and management to craft plans, budgets, and schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and detailed project tracking across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree required.
• 1+ Year Project Management experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Customer/client orientation.
• Strong scheduling, organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of United Site Services products & services.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from planning through completion.
• Meet with clients, regional management, and local team to establish plans, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate project resources and track progress against timelines.
• Ensure work is on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Act as liaison between client and project team regarding changes or problems.
• Coordinate the work of vendors or subcontractors.
• Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks.
• Track progress against milestones and budgets.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
