Depending on project complexity, this role may oversee medium-sized or large/complex projects or multiple smaller projects, guiding a team and enforcing contract obligations.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, project controls, scheduling CPM, procurement, client relations, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-12 years of experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project direction and safety.
• Develop CPM schedules for medium to large/complex projects.
• Manage project controls, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Development for client relations and pursuits.
