Job summary

SiteLine Services is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction-site projects from inception to completion. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, scope adherence, and quality while coordinating clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in PM software (Knowify/Joist) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of assigned projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to develop innovative, practical solutions to project challenges.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules aligned with objectives and expectations.
• Coordinate resources including field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely execution.
• Monitor progress, track costs, and prepare regular status and financial reports.
