Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead on-site maintenance for automated storage and retrieval systems and related picking systems. You will manage the maintenance team, control budgets, and uphold safety and quality standards across customer sites.

Reporting to the Director RBS Operations, you will drive service excellence, develop a strong safety culture, and foster constructive customer relationships while ensuring project timelines and SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport
• Willingness to travel and/or work weekends/overtime
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance team for automated storage and retrieval systems and picking systems
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost projections
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across site activities
• Build and maintain customer relationships at the KNAPP site
• Provide monthly reports and drive service level improvements
