Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers or regulators.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare service schedules and assign personnel to routes.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Investigate new equipment and promote improved methods.
• Review customer service requests and address issues with the manager.
• Coordinate budgets, cost estimates, and contracts.
• Assist in promoting services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Liaise with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Direct supervisory management in facilities programs and safety responsibilities.
• Travel as required.
