Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field; 2–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work is completed and meets quality expectations.
• Audits and maintains inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Reviews customer requests for service and addresses with manager.
• Implements organization policies and goals.
• Analyzes and facilitates budget requests to identify cost reductions.
• Assist in promoting services to develop markets and competitiveness.
• Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain financial reporting: labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing, forecasting.
