Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work meets expectations.
• Assist in budgets, plans, and contracts; monitor costs.
