Job summary

Amazon in Windsor, CT is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, attendance and performance, using data-driven decisions to improve productivity and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities include mentoring the workforce, leading large-scale projects, coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR, and others, and adapting to shifts and physical demands in a dynamic fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
