Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Manager Site Operations in Delaware, OH to lead a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of automated storage and retrieval systems at the customer site. You will manage on-site budgets, drive safety culture, and ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strategic leadership, coordination with the Director RBS Operations, and a focus on process improvements, training, and meeting SLAs for the customer site.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport
• Willingness to work weekends and/or overtime as required
• Professional office etiquette
• Physical requirements may include lifting 50-100 pounds and other transport tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and strengthen KNAPP’s reputation.
• Lead and manage on-site maintenance for automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Oversee budgeting and commercial activities with the Director RBS Operations.
• Develop and maintain a safety culture across the site and maintain SLA performance.
• Mentor and develop on-site staff, coordinate with suppliers and customer contacts.
