Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead on-site maintenance and customer engagement for automated storage systems. You will supervise the maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service to customers at KNAPP locations.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in scalable maintenance operations within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing leadership experience with clients or site teams.
• Budget planning and management responsibilities.
• Leadership and development of on-site maintenance teams.
• Experience with industrial automation or MHE maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Resident Site Engineering Manager and team.
• Oversee maintenance programs, systems, and documentation for automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and ensure safety compliance and SLA adherence.
• Plan, direct, and manage site budgets and commercial activities.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of site staff.
