KNAPP North America is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance and operations for automated storage and retrieval systems at our customer sites. You will oversee a team, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and drive responsive, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget control, and strong customer communication to maintain KNAPP’s reputation for reliable automated solutions. This position requires US work authorization and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams and on-site operations.
• Strong budgeting and cost control abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor staff to meet SLAs.
• Knowledge of safety policies, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance and operations for automated storage/picking systems.
• Develop and manage site budgets and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Supervise interview, hiring, training, and performance reviews of site staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service levels are met.
