Job summary

KNAPP seeks a Shift Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and performance of automated storage and retrieval systems on client sites in the US. You will supervise a maintenance team, troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical faults, and coordinate with the customer’s operations team to deliver reliable service.

You will own issue resolution, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Strong PLC experience and conveyors knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance with electrical/mechanical emphasis.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and laminated risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and system support for automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Respond to emergency calls and minimize downtime.
• Drive safety culture and ensure quality repairs on time.
• Coordinate with On-Site Operations and customer teams for rapid resolution.
• Maintain detailed reports and logs of repairs and activities.
