Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize on-site maintenance for automated storage and retrieval systems in McCordsville, IN. You will supervise the maintenance team, drive safety culture, and ensure excellent service delivery to the customer.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with the Resident Business Manager, and oversee system improvements, training, and supplier interfaces to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
