Knapp Inc. is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Lancaster, TX to lead the on-site team responsible for maintenance and operation of automated storage and retrieval systems. You will drive service levels, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with the Director RBS Operations.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight, and strong communication to deliver reliable, high-quality support at our customer locations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of on-site teams in a manufacturing/automation environment.
• Experience managing budgets and SLA-driven service delivery.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance programs for automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Develop safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across site activities.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and reporting to the Director RBS Operations.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide proactive service improvements.
• Prepare and present monthly performance and financial reports.
