Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager, helping to develop the team, own the guest experience, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and problem-solving to deliver consistent site performance.

You will be responsible for onboarding, coaching, scheduling support, and maintaining a positive work culture while promoting unlimited wash memberships and other services
